Ok so driving down my street and red SUV in front of me tosses a little shitzu puppy out the window onto the cement and takes off. I lean on my horn and she keeps going. I get out and try to help the puppy but he limps into woods where I cant get him. I call DAS and they put me on hold . I call police and tell them what happened. As we are on phone talking I see lady coming slowly down street. I jump out in front if her car and say why did you throw your puppy out of car you crazy? she denies it and says all my dogs (6) are in car. Then starts screaming... Oh my god Mr Kibbles is gone...I said your nuts lady.. You knew that and thats why you came back. The police officer in phone heard the lady ranting and screaming so told me to go inside my house. End of story... Cops came to my house, they found her and the dog and supposedly the pup jumped out the window of car. They said while they were with her 2 other dogs jumped out. She was reprimanded !! Crazy ...
