Ok so here goes, I sat as a juror on Rick Springfields trial and I have to say although the plaintiff had no physical evidence that he fell on her, I do believe something happened at that concert to cause her some sort of injury, the fans are asking why she waited so long to report it, she actually reported it the next day to the NY state fair, also SHE FOLLOWED UP WITH THEM, as they did not respond to her complaint,, she was embarrassed when she came to, after being knocked out for 10 minutes or more, at least that is what it seemed like to her, so when she came to... she did what any fan would do, she grabbed her camera and took more pictures, left the fair on the last shuttle of the night to get to her friends car that was parked at the market and when she felt like crap the next day, she filed a complaint and soon after within a week sought medical attention. She also claims something hard hit her on the head and he admitted to having a wireless sound box on his buttocks... did she have physical evidence of all of this, no she did not so without this he is not guilty. But it still does not mean that she was not injured... the media was the reason for the mistrial, as a witness to her injuries stepped forward, only after hearing on the Internet of the incident... and claims she was there... moral of the story.... never judge a book by its cover.
