Ok so it has taken me nearly 5 years to get me all organized :) I now have somebody that is doing my invoicing for me so I can have more time to be able to do what I love which is creating special cakes. I have had to put a couple days aside just to do things like meeting with clients ect. Tuesdays will now be for invoices and quotes to be sent out. I also have Monday and Tuesday as consult days to talk about your cake if you wish to discuss in person. I am happy to try my best to work in with you if these days do not suit you.
