Ok, so its a Saturday today, day off for many except those in field, therefore its timely reminder to have a little sit down chat Many businesses talk to us and comment on how many people are trying to contact in the night or at 2 am in the morning, and ask if we can post a message to only ring in business hours, and it happens at here mininglink as well it all just goes to answering machines or annoys people if they are a smaller company so why do it? At MiningLink we get messages at 2am like I would like to apply for ..... NEWSFLASH ..... if you applied for a job with miningLink by phone at 2am ..... instant rejection as you obviously have no idea !!!!! Seriously guys ....... Just because mining is round the clock and does not sleep, does not mean the head offices, recruiters and HR teams are! Restrict your calls to Mon-Fri 9-5 in the right time zone If your in NSW and it is 7 am, dont ring Perth ...... might show your eager, but it more shows you dont think
