Ok, so last night at Craigie On Main, I had: First. Crispy-Fried Pig’s Tails with pickled peanuts, nuoc cham, cilantro Main. Vermont Pork Three Ways: Suckling Confit, Grilled Belly, Spice-Crusted Rib with wheat berries, wild mushrooms, roasted carrots Bone marrow with toast as a side With a Civilian (sombra mezcal, lime, date, sour orange, thai chili, sparkling wine) and an Old Rasputin stout And chocolate cremeux infused with Fernet Branca and served with roasted lemon puree and tarragon ice cream for dessert. One of the best meals of my life. I cannot say enough good things about it. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and I thought, more than once when I paused for air, OMG I have to tell Diana.
