Ok so once and for all people, Peyton manning and Tom Brady are never on field at same time. It doesnt matter how much you compare them. Both are great quarterbacks with different strengths. Both have ability to carry team on most days , but both have their off games from time to time. Both also have the ability to take over a game when they are on . A rivalry typically involves competitors trying to guard each other or score on each other . Neither Peyton not Brady have the ability to stop the other one, so its really comparing apples to oranges. Media feeding a rivalry while the two competitors want their teams to win, and yes they need to score more points than the other, football is a team game where no matter how good a quarterback is they cant win without the other 20 players doing their job. Patriots won as a team today by containing manning, scoring on special teams, and Brady playing a great game. Manning had an off game, but the patriots just played better on this given Sunday . Today means nothing though.. Lets see whos better come playoff season.
