Ok so somehow I got sucked into the number game thanks to Dye Salgado. She gave me the #9. So here are 9 facts most dont know about me....... 1) I got my first apartment at 17 with the father of my oldest son. 2) When I had my oldest Son, he and I were temporarily homeless when his Dad turned his back on us and claimed the apartment as his and told me he didnt want to have a child. I lived in hotels and in my car with my son. 3) I worked two jobs and continued to educate myself to do what was best for my son and I. 4) regardless of what Ive been through Ive never been on any type of public assistance to survive. I worked hard for all that Ive got. 5) My natural hair color is a light ash brown with blonde highlights and Ive been dying my hair and eyebrows a dark brown or black since I was 12 or 13 yrs old. (currently Ive stopped and its slowly going back to its natural color and people ask me all the time if its dyed, LOL maybe because being Latin it should be dark.) 6) I was the bread winner in my past relationships and feel that is what caused the strain in my relationships because I really do not need a man financially. 7) I donate to lots of charities and always give homeless people money, food or the clothes off my back or my kids back because I know what it feels like to be homeless. My kids take after me and do the same. 8) I may be modern but all my cooking is old style Mexican cooking thanks to my Mom. I can throw down in the kitchen. 9) I filled out an application to become a Red Cross Disaster volunteer and am waiting to hear back from them. I always want to help someone in need.
