Ok, so the rye flower thing intrigued me but I had no time at all to go to the bio-store to get myself some. So the other day in the supermarket I ran into biological sweet chestnut flower (italians do not use rye very much, but they do use sweet chestnut) and I decided to give it a try. I prepared it exactly as you would do with rye (added enough water to about three teaspoons full of flower to make it runny like a shampoo) and put it on my dry hair. I let it sit a few minutes and washed meanwile and then I just washed it out. I am quite happy, my hair is really clean, it is soft although it is a little dryer than with BS+ACV. So I put a tiny quantity of coconut oil in it while it was still drying. Im happy with this first try, but I will definetely get myself the rye flower to see the difference. Ah, and by the way I saw they had rice flower as well, what do you think, is it worth a try?
