Ok so this is unbelievable The problem yesterday was air conditioning and caused them to cancel the flight. They put us up in a hotel way outside of town, gave us an OK dinner and then bused us back to the airport this morning we got here to find out that the economy plus seats we paid for were gone. We were seated in no reclining seats and told to request a refund when we get home. Now after sitting on the runway for 30 minutes we are being told the air conditioning is having a problem and are again going back to the gate. This is a nightmare that will not stop !
