Ok some something more serious to kick off your challenge. I would like to lose body fat. Based on % and look. Ill buy all the food you recommend and train hard. Your challenge is to put me on a diet I can stick to. I love my carbs so its not going to be easy but am happy to give a new diet a go. From breakfast through to dinner I need a full diet plan. One I can stick to. Mr Clive Morley can you help me?
