Ok sorry for the lack of video, I wanted to try & capture my bagpipe playing neighbor & when I opened the blinds on my one front window he must have seen it & stopped. He started up again later so I went into the garage without turning on the light & at least you can hear him playing. And no Ann N Arnold he is not wearing a kilt. Diane Wallace Im not sure if you can hear good enough to tell if he is any good. But considering how hard the bagpipes are to play Id still say not bad.
