They had large home in the berkeley hills, and later moved to nice house in Palo Alto,near stanford. After grandpa died, Elise moved into a nice cottage in Palo Alto, where we mostly knew her. I did remember the multistory, ivy covered rustic Berkeley house, back in the hills. Very Berkeley... Anyway, this is one of those groanup desserts that kids are meant to try...and eventually love.
