Ok....the science geek in me is coming out but I have to share this with my former 6th grade science students (whom I miss terribly). Anytime I would show a Bill Nye video clip in class, my students would invariably get into a debate as to whether Bill Nye was alive or if he had passed away. We researched it to find that rumors of his death were just a hoax but I still had an unyielding few that refused to believe it was a hoax. So, for my scientists out there that need the proof, check out Dancing With the Stars. I was flipping through and saw Bill Nye doing the robot dance!! He is indeed alive and well....not the best dancer but I must admit, he does a mean robot! LOL! My kids know my motto....Science Rocks!! And yes....they can all picture Mrs. Higgins doing the robot dance because they soooo know I would have been dancing in class tomorrow....if I were still there. Miss you guys! :)
