Ok this is not a rant...just a weird story. Friend A calls me and tells me friend B said I did something. I tell friend A this did not happen and friend B must have been mistaken. Friend A sounds somewhat incredulous (understandably)...since why would friend B make up such a thing? ...ok follow me here. ..I call friend B and ask why they told friend A I did this? Friend B says well it did happen but you must have forgotten since it was a few years ago...I tell friend B it did not happen because it was not in my character to respond in the fashion described. Friend B apologizes and said they should have never mentioned that to friend A. A good analogy would be like if someone said you may have forgotten but remember 8 years ago when you kicked the cane from beneath that 90 year old man and he fell to the ground and his dentures flew out of his mouth and we all died laughing?...then you reply..no that never happened because there is no point in my life when I would ever do such a thing! ..well it was kinda like that. Everything is cool...no hard feelings. .but it was kinda weird...I told you it was weird...lol
