Ok this post is for all the ladies out there that carry water on them (fluid retention). Its simple just put it down and stop carrying it ;) Just kidding. Heres a fact, if youre dehydrated you are more likely to hold on to water. The reason is when your body thinks its in a drought its natural reaction is to store and reserve, thats the same for food as well. Which is why when you go on a salad and celery only diet in hopes to drop those annoying kgs you will gain back the weight faster than before. So my tip for you, drink a glass of lemon water as soon as you wake and a couple more before you go to work. This will kick start your metabolism and detoxify your body. I know, I know but you dont want to keep going to the toilet all day... deal with it ;) Water = Great Body, Amazing Health and Better Brain Function If you like this post, like, share and inspire others the be healthy!
