Ok this was a patient that i know about 6 years ago when i was is the college 19 years old male patient with health history began about 3 months ago with 38.0 C degrees of fever after that he develops an ulcer in his ankle of his left leg his mom took him to our hospital.about 15 days later he began with an erythema in butterfly wings in his face the fever continue in afternoon hours every day,15 days later he began with multiples lymphoadenopathies is his neck and inguinal region what diagnoses r u suggest ??sorry about my english
