Ok... time for a Pride rant. I know we have a lot to be thankful for and we have a lot more to fight for. We have so many aspects of our community and so much diversity. We also have our allies. the lovely straight people who stand beside us and help us along the way in life. as Lady Bunny once said If it wasnt for two straight people, how do you think your gay ass got here?! So, if the allies are getting a flag to symbolize who they are, who are we as a queer community to judge? the LGBTTQI community all have their specific symbols in which they recognize themselves. they show them with pride PRIDE! Our allies deserve the same. They are people who dont judge, dont discriminate, vote for our rights to be seen as humans, as people, as equals. So, stop and breathe and think before you get up in arms over things. One world, one love. Always.
