Ok. unusual post from a guy who has a 5th degree black belt in taekwondo, but I wonder if anyone has an answer for me? I have been training and teaching years and have always had the same problem. When I sit on the floor, spread my feet apart and stretch my hands forward I get a cramp around my floating rib on my left side. I teach this stretch and none of my students experience it. I thought time and patience would overcome, but here I am all these years later and I still cant do this stretch right. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or what can cause this? I am out of ideas.
