Time – 7-10:00am Saturday Feb.8 b. Description – Saturday Morning Chores i. 8MinAMRAPof:15wallball(20/14#),15ShtoOH,15 Box Jumps, r. hand KB farmer carry 65, 15 KB Swings, l.hand farmer carry 65, 15 pullups 3. WOD # 3 – Snatch and Everything After a. Time – 10-12:30pm Saturday Feb.8 b. Description - 5 Minute Cap i. Athletewillhave5minutestoperforma1RMsnatchfrom the floor to lockout; winner determined by heaviest successful snatch; athlete must wait for judges cue before lowering weight ii. Intimeremainingtheywillperformasmanydouble unders as possible (not unbroken) 4. WOD # 4 – Hell Grace a. Time – 12:30-4:30pm Saturday Feb.8 b. Description – 10 Min Cap i. 3rdsof-10Clean&Jerk,50lungewalk(there,dropbar, pick it up, lunge back,drop bar) with bar in front rack, add new weight ; in time remaining athlete will proceed to designated rope climb area and perform as many rope climbs as possible before time elapses ( must not interfere with anyone still on the C&J/ Lunge Portion) 5. Open Final WOD – Little Ditty About Fran & Diane a. Time – 5:00 – 5:30pm Saturday Feb. 8 b. Description – 20 min cap i. AthleteswillperformFran21-15-9ofThrusters(95/65#) and Pullups then a mandatory 3 minute break (timed by judge)and then perform Diane 21-15-9 of Deadlift (225/155#) and HSPU.
