Okay 2 questions: 1. How exactly can you have your probation violated, and still be on probation? Doesn’t that sound a bit assanine? How exactly can that be possible? 2. Can anyone out there explain what a ”FREEZE & SEIZE” is? I have looked thru all the laws I can find on internet and I cannot find any laws that pertain to the way the DICE squad used it recently. There is such a thing as the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, and it seems to me that our local sheriffs department thinks they are above it. Oh by the way I am not afraid to say what I think should be said. These same DICE squad members have recently searched my mother-in-laws car and her house without any probable cause. These officers executed a traffic stop in our yard for a seat-belt ticket, even though I was wearing my seatbelt. They searched the car for 2 hours and found nothing. This made them angry I guess and without just cause searched our house for close to an hour and a half, once again to find nothing..... Now even a total idiot could see the truth, and I will ask the question to everyone out there, “who is really breaking the law?”
