Okay Everybody...! I am in need of thoughts and prayers for my folks and me. Im okay just really stressed out like any other person I guess. Im doing better since I have found 5 different kinds of bees and all the epipens I had on hands Im ok over the last 2 weeks. But heres the catch, my father was working in his garage the week just before the picnic and somehow the grinder caught something and kicked back at him and goughed a nice opening all the way down to the bone. I did not know this, but things were not just right at home one day, lawn mower out in the yard, garage doors open and so on, then went to main garage and thats where I found chunks of skins and blood all over the garage floor. Well, got that all taken care of at least we thought then the other day, I was looking at my fathers hand and I told him this does not look right meaning the color of the skin and such, so off to St. Vincent Hospital in the ER all day just about and they were doing scannings, blood tests and so on, then they decided to open a couple of stitches out of a good 4 to 6 inch line of stitches and nothing but infection and such came gushing out, so we were given a doctors name, which I forgot who but at 300 State St. to a specialists. So mom & dad could use strength, thoughts, prayers and such if you all could just take a moment or two that would be such a blessing, because where two or more are gathered, I know the power of prayers work, you can trust me on that. I dont want to say too much more until we get into the specialists. I just am so hoping he does not lose his hand and part of the wrist. So this means my dad cannot pull in the tractor pulls at the Fair and I had to cancel just about everything I had volunteered to help out with. Then yesterday for me was even greater, my starter, (4th one), is not working right, so I have to arc it when my truck decides not to start., then I was mowing my cousins yard during the evening and her sisters husband got his mail out of mail box drove passed my truck to my cousins house, loaded up canned peaches and put his truck in reverse flying backwards, he forgot my truck with my fathers utility trailer and all my mowing equipment was rear-ended while he was going backwards. Talk about one heck of a day. The good thing, no-one was hurt, just some of my equipment. I think yesterday was the longest days of not so nice events that went on. Everything is gonna work out, just has to, no need to worry about anything except prayer for my father. I know this will be surprised news to some, but it was too late to call people last night, so I thought I would go this route so I dont sound like a broken record repeating everything. Today is the first day of the fair and if all goes well, hope to see you at he Fair Queen judging event as I play background music....as I said if all goes well.
