Okay Everyone... So... Coaches will be busy with the High Altitude Running Camp this week, so practice will be run by the team members still in the valley. By now you all know the runs, you know where to go, and you know your mileage... this week, you prove that you are capable of running on your own. Mileage will be near the same as last week and coaches will be back to run with you on Friday. Remember... PUSH yourself to work harder--not necessarily to run faster, but to run smarter. Below is the schedule for those of you who will not be in attendance at the H.A.R.C, this year. Group 1 Monday- 7:00 am: The Store in Midway (8 miles) Tuesday- 7:30 am: Southfield Park (5 miles) Wednesday- 7:30 am: Coyote Lane (8 miles) Thursday- 7:30 am Jordanelle Dam (6 miles, + 3 150 meter accelerating strides on the road) Friday- 7:30 am: Deer Creek Trail (10 miles) Saturday- Location and Time is Athletes choice (6 miles) Sunday- Rest Group 2 Monday- 7:00 am: The Store in Midway (7 miles) Tuesday- 7:30 am: Southfield Park (4 miles) Wednesday- 7:30 am: Coyote Lane (7 miles) Thursday- 7:30 am Jordanelle Dam (4 miles plus 3 150 meter acceleration strides) Friday- 7:30 am: Deer Creek Trail (8 miles) Saturday- Location and Time is Athletes choice (5 miles) Sunday- Rest Group 3 Monday- 7:00 am: The Store in Midway (5 miles) Tuesday- 7:30 am: Southfield Park (4 miles) Wednesday- 7:30 am Coyote Lane (5 miles) Thursday- 7:30 am Jordanelle Dam (4 miles, plus 3 x 150 meter acceleration strides) Friday- 7:30 am: Deer Creek Trail (5 miles) Saturday- Location and Time is Athletes choice (3 miles) If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
