Okay I a firm believer that we should all be responsible for our actions. So this evening lays wholly and completely on Lesley Moravick . Tonights dinner sweet potato and squash soup from scratch. 2 medium size baked sweet potatoes, one cup of yellow squash, 1 cup heavy cream, then saudade 1/2 orange bell pepper, 1/3 purple onion, 8 slices of medium spice Italian Salem, 1/2 a cup of shiitake mushrooms, with a little olive oil. Salt pepper, a little pinch of cayenne for good measure. Simmer 5 minutes allow to cool 5 minutes toss into the blend tech, sauce bottom. Take squash and potatoes out the oven toss into blender on top of the sauce add heavy cream. Hit soup bottom and 90 seconds done. Then a grilled a steak ( rare) sautéed spinach with saleem in the sauce pan used previously, with a little more pink salt, and pepper. All in all a marvelous meal. So now your all wondering what Lesley has to do with this, she got me watching Jamie Oliver this weekend. 15 minute meals, so I think she should come over and clean my kitchen as there was no mention of having to clean up afterwards lol
