Okay I got a letter from benefit wallet.. I did as it said and logged in and set up an account online.. I was able to access my account balance, and it showed a card number expiration date as I continue to read the letter it said that I will not receive a card in the mail but I am able to get a replacement card.. So I called the number for assistance and after being on the phone for about 45 minutes I was finally transferred to the right person the card is being processed and after it is done being processed I should have it and 7 to 10 business days only the processing time can take up to 2 weeks ..he told me I can hang on to the receipts and submit them for reimbursement The whole reason I got the card again this year if so I wouldnt have to pay for prescriptions Dr visits blood work etc out of my pocket,!!!! So if any of you have the Flex card / benefit MasterCard it will not work you have to wait for your new card to come in the mail... Ive had this for about 3 years now and they decided to change it and not tell us I think I would have been considerate to give us cards for the beginning of the year rather than making us wait until February of new year
