Okay, I know its not official yet that this guy has Ebola, and I am NOT suggesting that we, as a nation (and to extent as a civilized, developed world) freak out (or fear monger) but, at some point, maybe we should show actual concern. The World Health Organization and Doctors Without Borders have used phrases like beyond control when describing this outbreak, and we are all like, eh, its not airborne, whatevs, what time is honey boo boo on? The incubation period is up to 21 days, meaning, if someone travels to Africa, gets this, they can be a walking, talking, functional, disease carrying human being for three weeks before every realizing they are sick. I know its supposedly not airborne, yet, experienced doctors and aid workers who do this shit for a living are getting infected and they dont know how. Can we at least put some type of travel restriction on these countries? Can we show some caution until this is over?
