Okay, I must fix this. This fat girl vs. skinny girl issue is overdone. Heres the key to a good body image: ~Exercise weekly. This does not mean you have to do hours and hours of running nor does it mean that walking 5 minutes on the treadmill makes for a sufficient workout neither--just sweat and get your heart rate up a few times a week, whichever way you like to. ~Eat well balanced meals daily--no binge eating, starving or purposely vomiting. Eat what you like in proportion and love your veggies and fruits! ~Wear clothes that look nice on you. No matter your size, you know what flatters your body. Hey, and look at you! You FEEL good thus you look good. Im tired of girls saying fat girls rule! and skinny girls rock! No ladies, healthy women of all sizes are the shit- period. And these healthy women come in a plethora of weights, heights, curves and densities. When you take care o yourself, are confident and presentable, you are invincible and quite attractive. Sorry I had to go Dr. Oz on Marquettes ladies, but its not rocket science. Take care of yourself people and all else will fall into place-this is a promise!(Same goes for men!)
