Okay ! Meal prep DONE! Might not be 100% paleo but man I love it -Grapefruit, apples and bananas (2 a day or me 3 for the boy) -Mixed greens (spinach, kale, chard) salads with kidney beans, carrot shreds, yellow bell pepper, cucumber and cherry tomatoes with hummus and lemon pepper ....trader joes hummus dressing - quinoa, lentil, couscous with garlic seasoning, green beans and swai - mung bean and edamame fettuccine with lemongrass basil sauce, cilantro and black bean garlic broccoli and orange bell peppers -not pictured Shakeology (of course NO BRAINER), sesame honey cashews and carrot sticks
