Okay, Vancouver. You were one of my two big loves when I lived here in the 1990s, but tonight you are officially THE one. Drove to Granville island, for the Writers Festival, through a mystic purple fog, the air so wet I could taste it. Now Im in my hotel watching the lights from a tug boat navigate black waters. You are coy, Vancouver. A bit of a tease. But tomorrow I will search until I find you.
