Okay at the urging of some of my wonderful up line leaders and my wonderful husband I have decided to show my beginning and during pics.. I have taken pictures along the way to remind myself to keep going.. But I am going to share these pictures (even though this is so very hard to show how much I have let myself go since having my kiddos and falling into the role as a stay at home mom and wife.) I want to show you how possible it is for someone just like yourself to see results that you can be proud of.. I know I still have a very long way to go. But since starting Plexus it has become so easy to keep going. And I am proud to tell people how good I feel and how my life is changing for the better. In the last 14 years since having my 4 children and 3rd c-section and having my tubes tied, I have struggled with so many health issues due to all the hormonal changes that go along with all that.. I was struggling with severe depression and anxiety. I had migraine headaches daily, most days more than once. I was always grumpy and irritable and could not seem to find happiness in anything I did. I had all but given up, and could not see it getting any better.. I tried prescription medication and over the counter medication. So much that I started having stomach problems and was nauseous all the time. I turned to food to make myself feel better and of course I gained weight. And because my snacking habits were a night time problem because I could never sleep. I started having acid reflux and heartburn at night. I hardly slept and when I did all I did was toss and turn. The aches and pains of carrying the extra weight made me feel as if I always had the flu. Then a friend of mine told me about PLEXUS I signed on as an ambassador so I could buy the products at a lower cost, and Im telling you my life has changed so drastically in 3 weeks its just crazy.. I cant even begin to describe how different I feel.. My headaches are GONE!! Not one headache in 16 days!! I am no longer taking any of my prescription medications for depression, I have not taken anything for migraines. And I am no longer dealing with any tummy issues or nausea. No more body aches or shoulder pain. I have not been sick even though all of my kids have been battling the stomach bug that is going around. I am happy again! I have more energy than I have had in years! I am enjoying my children and my little family again. I am able to get up in the morning and fix my 6 year old daughters hair without my fingers and hands falling asleep due to the severe carpal tunnel.. I sleep so much better, not a hard deep sleep, just a good restful sleep. I am not just seeing changes physically, but Plexus has affected how I am living. I am once again finding my happiness and through Plexus I am also learning so many things about my health. And that is making me want to keep going. And if all that is not enough, I am meeting wonderful people and making Amazing friends! And now I am helping contribute to my family financially and still stay home with my kiddos.. PLEXUS WORKS!!
