Okay facebook friends. I need to find a place to stay asap. My landlord is giving me 60days to move. I am so upset. He refuses to give me a copy of my lease too. I have no privacy here. I cant lock my door when I leave either. He told me I cant stay because my son has been staying with me more and he thought he would be here part time. My son has a girlfriend who comes over often. He disapproves of that. He says he doesnt approve of that. He knows I have no family to turn to. He is being so unreasonable. In the lease it states that I dont have to worry about outside maintenance. Well since I moved in last november I did everything. I raked all the leaves, in the winter (and it was a bad winter) I shoveled the driveway and removed the ice. I even had to buy the ice melt stuff. I mowed the lawn all summer. I live in a raised ranch that they made the basement into an apartment. They never even finished the painting. Looks like shit. Pictures to follow. Like I said no privacy. His daughter comes down whenever to do laundry. I didnt mind at first because she would text me and ask. But now she just comes down. I would come home and there would be her stuff down there. And she leaves it. Doesnt come down to put in dryer. Any advice? Really need some.
