Okay here are the updates! For the first time in a month, Im neither coming or going! I will attempt to follow up on all of the questions youve been asking! 1. Did I open a restaurant? No, I did not, the already well established Specialty Sandwich Company expanded and I am the Ex Chef in the new Bar. Did I mention I get to work with my kids? 2. What is its name? It is Specialty Sandwich Company Bar and Grill. 3. Where is it? 624 Main St in Holden, Massachusetts. It is just past the State Police barracks. 4. I thought were working at the Worcester Center for Crafts? Correct again! I have the good fortune to be doing two things that I am passionate about. In fact, we are just putting the finishing touches on the classes for this fall, and Im going to have to invent a time machine to take one, two...three. Some of the coolest offerings around, so stay tuned for those updates! 5. When are you getting your chickens? I think in two weeks and will definitely post photos. Im nesting.
