Okay here it is: It greatly concerns me that in todays modern society divorce is at such an alarming rate, as compared to back in the days when most people took their vows more seriously and truly stayed together until death do us part. I have had the opportunity of speaking with several people who have been married for many years, and all of their stories are basically the same. They tell me that their marriages have stood the test of time and longevity not because it was always easy and without any problems or issues, but because they had the will and determination to make it work in spite of what obstacles were thrown in the way. I do agree that certain things are deal breakers in marriage, such as unfaithfulness and abuse, and a few more but come on people, why throw away your marriage over so many simple and insignificant issues? If you are willing to deal with nothing, and are going to jump up and run with every wind that blows, then be prepared to be forever alone or spend your life running, because there will always be issues. And as for our kids, they need both of their parents, but many of them are growing up in single parent homes simply because no one is willing to deal with anything. Come on people, lets get it together and begin once again to take marriage more seriously. #LET US GO BACK TO THE OLD TIME WAY!!!!!!!
