Okay...heres a fun one...and its written by my father. Yes, J.R. Hargrove is my father and this is the book that started it all; meaning, he was the first in my family to write a novel. Growing up, I was just so tickled that my father wrote JIMMY AND THE MONROE MUSTANGS (followed later by KURT AND CAPTAIN ANNIE) that its really no surprise that I eventually started writing my own books (at the ripe old age of 12!)
