Okay, just tagged about everyone I know that lives in Asheville for a very informal invite to Tiger Mountain Thirst Parlor this Saturday as it is their one year anniversary. Cheap booze to be had along with FREE FOOD done up proper by yours truly :~) Menu for the evening: Beer Braised Pulled Pork (using Green Man ESB, of course!) on a bun with my Damn Fine Slaw... Also there will be PBR Drenched Hot Dogs (for making Slaw Dogs, duh!) And something special for the maximum of 16 vegetarians: Boca Burgers!!!! (can also be topped with/drastically improved by adding Slaw) Did I mention FREE GRUB made lovingly by this fool? 6 p.m. until food is gone... Holla!
