Okay, so Im trying the whole intermittent fasting/ eight-hour diet thing. I have tried calorie-counting to some extent, and the whole low-carb thing ( not pretty, not pretty AT ALL) so, I have long thought that part of my problem was my weird work schedule, and as a result of it, I am up ( and therefore eating) like 18 hours at a stretch...and Ive read several articles that say it works wonders for people like me. I will confess that I havent bought the book, because it seems like a pretty straight-forward concept, so what the hell are they going to talk about for hundreds of pages??? So, if any of you are planning on offering me delicious foodstuffs, please do so between the hours of 6 am-2pm. That is all. Note to Self: This 8 hour window is when you will plan on doing your eating for the day. It does not, I repeat NOT mean that you begin and 6 am, and eat without ceasing until 2 pm. Dont even bother acting all aghast, we all know you can eat the whole and entire 8 hours. Put down the box...sweet mother of mercy, its half gone and its only 6:49.
