Okay so here is you 5 minute workout and today he asks that you work on thinking positive. Take it a step further and write those positive thoughts down. Positive thought number one. I am taking control of myself and getting stronger everyday. Put your thoughts on notecards and put them in places where you see them throughout the day. Share one of your positive thoughts in the comments on this post. I said I was going to add a little something extra today. Here it is. I want you to start walking for at least 5 minutes straight and each day add just one more minute. You can do this as marching in place while dinner cooks or walking around the office on you lunch break. Just get up and get moving and have fun. I am so proud of each of you that are really making the effort to take better care of yourself this year.
