Okie dokie. So, Im gonna go a tiny bit against popular opinion here. Guardians of the Galaxy was pretty good (thats not the controversial part), but it wasnt on par with the story-telling of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and didnt have nearly as much cast chemistry as the Avengers. Not even close. Sorry guys. It was funny, and I thought the explosions were great, but Cap 2 is still my pick of movies this year. Also note: did not pass the Bechdel Test. Surprising no one. All in all, a very enjoyable movie, but I didnt leave blown away like CA:TWS. For what its worth, Minion 1.0 (who isnt a huge superhero fan normally) laughed her butt off the entire movie. Im pretty sure she IS Groot.
