Old Eckerty Days 2013 is quickly approaching. NEW THIS YEAR!!! LIMITED RESERVED HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE PARKING. We have limited spaces available for those needing a little extra assistance to reach our festival. A courtesy shuttle will be provided to get you from your car to the event. Security and Parking will be monitored by staff designated for this purpose. Please do not try to park in the accessible parking if you are capable. We are trying to make it more convenient for our older generations to enjoy the event also. PAGEANTS are well sponsored this year with an anticipated larger prize money than ever before. Our annual Log Sawing and Ice Cream Eating contest are back!!! We have new saws for this years event and our super awesome trophy for the ice cream contest is bound to please..... not to mention all of the great ice cream you get! Be ready to sign up early Saturday to reserve your spot! We are hoping for another awesome parade this year. Staging will begin at 11:00 am at the church, with a special reserved area for horses.
