Old Scholars fixtures 29th March 2014, Mixed school and old Scholar football and netball matches. Email aosa@ackworthschool to declare attendance and interest! Please see letter from Claire Pugh below; Towards the end of this term the School will be hosting a morning of football and netball matches. This year it has been decided to change the format to enable greater integration of the old and new. Therefore the matches will consist of mixed teams. It is hoped that a number of teams will be able to participate in a tournament style event with teams having the opportunity to play each other, rather than in previous years where one team of old scholars have played a school team. If you are interested in putting together a team or simply being involved in the event as a player or perhaps even an organiser, please do get in touch aosa@ackworthschool Everyone is invited to stay to a traditional school lunch in the dining room afterwards!
