Old man gossip in the locker room this morning consisted of two middle aged African American gentlemen talking about going to a NASCAR race and Taylor Swift concert with their wives. I kind of chuckled at the fact two older African American males would be attending a Taylor Swift concert with their spouses, especially because both of these guys were college/professional football player sized guys and they seemed pretty excited about this concert. Needless to say, they heard me/saw me laughing and asked what was so funny about liking Taylor Swifts music..... And so thats how I became a Taylor Swift fan.
