Omer should expose me if he really knows some secrets:Er Rasheed ╚►Awami Itihad Party chairman Engineer RashidSaturday flayed chief minister Omar Abdullah over his remark, he has made during an interview, that his recently launched political party ‘was a New Delhi policyto divide Kashmir people’. The chief minister had also claimed that Rashidwas a result of the failures of his ruling National Conference. Rashid, while addressing his party workers incentral Kashmir’s Khan Sahib, said: “Instead ofchief minister creating doubts in the minds ofpeople, he should pass truth and facts to the people of his state.”He said that AIP has come into existence only after NC and others failed to deliver and the party is based on sincerity however, he said, “if Omer Abdhullah really knows some secret about it he shouldexposeme before the people of the state”. The Member Legislative Assembly from north Kashmir’s Langate, said, “Neither the National Conference’s failure or any other power has helped him to enter the Kashmir legislative assembly. But it is the respectable people of his constituency who chose him with a massive mandate.” The fiery lawmaker, said: “Even if there was truth to Omar’s claims, it was a matter of shame for the oldest party in Jammu and Kashmir.” He saidthat people of the state have learned a good lesson from Langate constituency and in coming elections Omar’s National Conference would have to repent for the innumerable mistakes that it has committed. “Omar should start to pack his bags,” he said. On Omar’s claims that AIP was a product of New Delhi’s policy, he said.
