On the phone to student finance for half hour, put on hold twice, on the phone to moulton on hold for 10 mins only to be cut off, managed to fone back, put through to 4 wrong people, finally got the right person only to be told student finance is wrong and to ring them back, currently been on hold to student finance for 5 minutes after explaining the situation for a 10th time!!!!! Seriously I think these people need a degree to answer the fone!!!!!
