On 1 August 2014, Katrin Kinzelbach will join the GPPi management team as associate director. Since 2012, Katrin has built up the institute’s work in the field of human rights. Katrin succeeds Andrea Binder, who decided to leave the position to pursue a PhD in international political economy at the University of Cambridge, for which she received a Gates Cambridge scholarship. In her eight years, Binder has shaped the institute in crucial areas, including GPPi’s work on humanitarian action and evaluation. Congratulations to Katrin and many thanks to Andrea!
