On July 5th, 2014 at 10:48 AM, Tompkins County Sheriffs deputies responded to 126 Seven Mile Drive in the Town of Ithaca for a dispute. Deputies interviewed and spoke to all parties on scene. During the investigation, deputies obtained information that a vehicle which was in the possession of Mark B. Keller, age 34 of Prince Frederick, M.D. may have marijuana inside the vehicle. After deputies established probable cause, the vehicle possessed by Keller was searched. During the search, deputies located several prescription pills, a green leafy substance later tested to be marijuana, clear rocky substance later determined to be crack cocaine and a white powdery substance; which also was later determined to be powder cocaine. Keller was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a class C Felony and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana a violation. Keller was arraigned at the Town of Ithaca Court where he was remanded to the Tompkins County Jail on $7,500 bail. Keller is due to appear on July 9th, 2014 at 4:00 PM.
