On May 21st Chick-fil-A La Plata, in conjunction with all 42 Greater Washington D. C. area Chick-fil-A restaurants, hosted Military Appreciation Night. Our goal was to show our appreciation to local military veterans and their families in a tangible way that would leave them with sharable memories of loving support from their community. During the event, Chick-fil-A provided over 450 free meals for our veterans and their families along with entertainment, games, a petting zoo and other family fun events, all made possible by local businesses, service organizations and volunteers. The staff at Chick-fil-A La Plata wants to convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to the following organizations and volunteers who gave of their time to make this a truly memorable event for all.
