On May 5, 2013 at 12:42 P.M., Officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to the 400 block of Grand Ave. for an assault complaint. While officers were investigating the assault they were advised that Tiffany Phillips was in possession of marijuana. Officer spoke to Phillips who gave officers consent to search her property. Officers subsequently located a small quantity of marijuana and a pipe. Phillips was arrested and transported the Cumberland Police Department. She was then processed and issued Criminal Citations for, Possession of Marijuana less than 10 grams, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. Phillips was then released pending trail at District Court.
