On May 5, city council will consider a preliminary plat, final plat and commercial site plan for Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at the southeast corner of Alsbury Boulevard and John Jones Drive (FM 731); a replat of seven acres into two lots and a commercial site plan for Stuart Industries at the Highpoint Business Park; and a commercial site plan for Pahanish Karate at 1016 S.W. Alsbury Blvd. The variance to the sign regulations concerns an awning sign at 218 NE Wilshire Blvd. These are Items 6A-6D. You can view the background information at bit.ly/RbjktD.
