On October 4, 2014, BSE shareholder Johnny Richardson made a presentation at the Buchanan County Medical Society’s CME symposium “Physician Supervision of Allied Health Professionals’ Practices: Legal responsibilities, economical, demographic, and political pressures for change.” Mr. Richardson’s presentation addressed “Complaints, Omissions and Commissions Within the Collaborative Agreement: Liabilities That Can Affect Your License.” Mr. Richardson frequently represents physicians and other professionals in licensure and disciplinary proceedings before the Administrative Hearing Commission and the numerous professional licensing boards in Missouri.
