On October 9th, 2013, a Town of New Berlin resident was arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for Petit Larceny Deputy Warner arrested a Town of New Berlin juvenile after an investigation into stolen property from Radio Shack. The juvenile was given an appearance ticket and is to appear in Chenango County Family Court at a later date. Arrested: Juvenile Female. Age 15 Charges –Petit Larceny All crimes described in this press release are allegations, and suspects named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
