On Reflection of Julius Malema. The first time I became obsessed with George Orwell was through a column written by Judith Ancer titled Where have all heroes gone.( A must read. Google it.) It was written just after Oscar Pistorius case. Judith introduced an essay that George Orwell wrote about Gandhi. It is titled On Reflection of Gandhi. (Exclusive books sells the copy. Orwell Essays) George wrote. Saints should always be judged guilty until they are proved innocent, So for me Julius is a guilty man and has to transform drastically to have me judge him innocent. So far he has made big stride into winning my confidence. And has a reached a point of no return. That his economic approach will work. It is the same as governments issuing permission to let OBE education system tried and failed. It was a gamble nonetheless. It backfired and then we are still here. So why cant nationalization be given a chance while there are countless pilots projects started by the ANC? Julius is not a hero nor a saint. But his contribution is so important to inspire the youth of this country. Ingenuity must not be left in technological revolution where facebook and google are led for the young people and laws and politics left to the elders. Politics must change shape, so vigorous the elders must work harder to keep up. The world will not be saved by those who are years over their prime. Or not far from being killed naturally by diseases. The world needs those who will still live 30 years with energy and commitment. With guidance of cause to honest people who are for humanity than their bellies. Is Julius the only leader to change sphere of the country. No, but. But when other leaders are hiding behind big names of their organization and living their lives pleasing the leaders as they accept being protégés. Young leaders are on their own. They can not continue to learn bad precedents. Look at Fikile Mbalula, Look at Gigaba. Look at Manamela. Wasted leadership who have joined a choir of liars. And make noise on nothing. Julius has evolved. A diamond. And the fortunate part of it. No youth will look down on themselves. This have even inspired the ANC. the next conference will not be as easy as Mangaung. Should we thank Julius beforehand. Yes. We all should. DA Now stands a better chance to realize dream of ANC falling in Gauteng How you may see Julius now. It is not how you saw Julius then. You are not the same youth you were before. It takes time to find oneself. The haters wish he can still be the same. The hopeful knows he has changed. The fighter has emerged. And with him brought fighters for the good cause. Economy is not important than citizens. They come first. Economy comes second or last. People first.
